Who can use Cucarecu
- You must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom.
- You may hold only one account, and it is for your own personal use.
- We may ask you to confirm your age or identity, and we may close accounts that don't meet these rules.
Free to play
Cucarecu is a free social games website. There is no real-money gambling. You cannot buy anything, and nothing you do on Cucarecu can win money, prizes or anything of real-world value.
Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password private.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- You can delete your account at any time from My account.
Coins and levels
- Coins, XP and levels are virtual and for entertainment only.
- They have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn, transferred, gifted or exchanged for money, goods or services, on or off Cucarecu.
- Coin amounts, bonuses and levels may change, and we may correct balances that result from an error.
- Coins and levels are removed when an account is deleted or closed.
Fair use
Please don't:
- use bots, scripts or other automated tools, or try to manipulate coins, XP or levels;
- try to access other people's accounts or parts of the website you aren't meant to;
- interfere with the website, its security or its games;
- copy, resell or reuse our games or content without permission.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Games and availability
All games are made by our own studio and provided as they are. We try to keep everything working, but games may sometimes be unavailable, changed or removed, for example during maintenance.
Our content
The Cucarecu name, logo, website and games belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may use them only to play on Cucarecu for your own enjoyment.
Liability
Cucarecu is free, so our liability is limited as far as the law allows. We are not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable or that are caused by things outside our control. Breaks, restrictions and closing accounts
You can ask for a break, a restriction or account deletion at any time through Player Care. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, or if we believe it is in a player's best interests.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Cucarecu after a change means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring claims in your local courts.
